Rode Scripps-Torrey-Scripps again today to test how well my body is recovering from the flu. Got within 16 seconds of my Torrey Pines record and beat my time-trial record for a 3-mile section of the SR-56 bike path by 27 seconds! The Del Mar Criterium is Saturday and I think I’ll be ready.
