This is our first ever Fisherman model. Â It s a nice, thin (5 64Â inch thick) convex grind. Â This prototype has medium flexibility to it, somewhere between a boning knife and a fillet knife. Â A dedicated fillet knife might be thinner and more flexible, where this here would make a great general sportsman s knife. Â This video here (link) shows some of it s flex.
The leather sheath will be slightly different, with a slit on the back and a snap closure system.
